Mitra program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Sekolah Binaan ini adalah SMK Negeri Pertanian Pembangunan Lampung yang dikenal dengan nama SPP merupakan satu-satunya ada di Propinsi Lampung. Saat OSIS SMKN PP telah melakukan kegiatan melibatkan semua pengurus dan Pramuka sesuai kerja disetujui oleh pihak sekolah. Permasalahan dialami mitra yaitu: belum optimalnya kemampuan public speaking untuk menunjang kepemimpinan berkualitas dalam organisasi Solusi diusulkan mengatasi permasalahan pada peningkatan softskill bagi Pramuka, bentuk pelatihan pendampingan terkait kepemimpinan. Target luaran dari PKM 1) siswa diukur melalui kuesioner, 2) artikel publikasi jurnal ABDIMAS terakreditasi nasional, 3) berita dishare media massa online, 4) video link youtube LPPM Teknokrat
